Planned maintenance of pump stations and package sewage treatment plants is continuing: now is not the time for essential equipment to fail. Of course, we understand that you may not want us to visit your home or business at this time so we are calling ahead and/or emailing to confirm. If we are unable to make direct contact and receive no response to either a voice message or an email then we will assume that you do not want us to attend and will not visit the site. If you want to let us know in advance not to visit the best way to do this is to send an email to the address at the top of this page. If you call the landline numberwe'll answer during office hours, outside these times you can leave a message, it'll be picked up the following business day.
If your pump station or package sewage treatment plant does fail we are still available to come to site to get it working again. Please call the emergency mobile number at the top of this page, it is monitored regularly for messages if it’s not answered there and then.
We are carrying out installation works where we can comply with government guidelines and ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
We’re very much able to respond to enquiries, give advice, answer questions, etc., and we're now making site visits (respecting social distancing, of course) to look at new work.
